Conditions
Cells used: mouse ES cell
Freezing conditions:
Proliferated mouse ES cells were adjusted to a concentration of 4 × 106 cells / mL using 10% DMSO / Medium, iStock, product A, and product B.
1ml of the suspension was dispensed into a cryopreservation tube (n = 4)
Thawing conditions:
The cells were thawed rapidly at 37℃, centrifuged and were seeded with culture vessel.
Test after thawing:
The viable cell number was measured by Trypan Blue exclusion staining.
Results:
iStock showed a higher recovery rate than other medium.

- Use cells during the logarithmic growth phase
- Cannot be used for the human body
- Do not use for cell preservation aiming at treatment
- Do not use for any purpose other than research
- Before using this product, conduct a confirmation test using the desired cells
